NexWeave, Inc. does not sell your Personal Information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or its 2023 amendment (CPRA). We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What this means in practice
- We don’t license, rent, or sell your data to data brokers.
- We don’t profile you across other sites.
- Our only third-party data sharing is with sub-processors acting on our instructions (see DPA § 5) and with brokers you explicitly authorize by submitting a quote request.
Broker quote requests — opt-in only
When you click “Request quote from brokers” on your X-Ray detail page, you affirmatively authorize us to route your submission package (firmographics, AIRISK gap summary, incumbent coverage, your verified work email) to up to three matching brokers. This is opt-in and stops when you cancel or expire the request.
You can pause all broker lead sharing at any time: Portal → Settings → “Pause lead sharing”.
Your CCPA/CPRA rights
- Right to know what Personal Information we collect.
- Right to delete your Personal Information.
- Right to correct inaccurate information.
- Right to portability — export your data.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing (already respected by default).
- Right to limit use of Sensitive Personal Information — we don’t collect SPI.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above.
How to submit a request
Self-service from the portal: Settings → “Export my data” or “Delete my org”. Alternatively, email [email protected]. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 with notice for complex requests).
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission verified directly by you.
California Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 provides separate rights for California residents regarding disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We don’t share Personal Information for third parties’ direct marketing, so there’s nothing to disclose.
