This Cookie Policy explains how NexWeave, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on nexweave.ai, our portals (app.nexweave.ai, broker.nexweave.ai, vc.nexweave.ai, admin.nexweave.ai), and the NexWeave API.
1. What are cookies?

Analytics (off by default, consent required in EU/UK)
We’re not currently running third-party analytics. If we enable Plausible or PostHog in the future, it will be behind explicit consent.
Marketing / advertising
We do not run any marketing or advertising cookies. We do not sell your data. We do not profile you across sites.
3. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies; Safari: Preferences → Privacy). Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will break authentication.
When we introduce analytics cookies, a consent banner will appear on first visit with clear accept/reject options. You will be able to change your preferences anytime from the footer of any page.
4. Legal basis
In the EU/UK, strictly necessary cookies rely on the ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) exemption. Analytics and marketing cookies require your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy Directive.
5. Changes
We’ll update this Policy when we add or remove cookie categories and notify you via a banner or email for material changes.
